The AECF (Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund) is a non-profit institution supporting early and growth stage businesses – through provision of patient capital – to innovate, create jobs, leverage investments and markets to create resilience and sustainable incomes for rural poor and marginalised communities in Africa.

AECF’s strategy is focused on agribusiness/agriculture and renewable energy sectors with increased support to climate technologies, deepened focus on gender, youth, and employment, aimed at attaining the institution’s vision of ‘A Prosperous and Enterprising Rural Africa’.

AECF is headquartered in Kenya with offices in Cote d’ Ivoire and Tanzania.

The AECF team invites you to fill out this Expression of interest (EOI) as part of the competitive process to request for supply of raw material/ distributorship of your product (s) from the programme cooperatives. 

This application will determine whether an applicant meets the basic requirements to participate in the IIW – Nigeria programme and submit full details of his/her requirements for either the supply of raw materials or distributorship.   

You must fill in all the mandatory fields to complete the application process. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*)

The deadline for your expression of interest submission is February 26, 2025 at 11.59PM. The system will not allow you to submit your application after this time has elapsed.

Cette étape consiste à soumettre votre demande initiale au travers d’une note conceptuelle, qui expose votre idée de projet proposée au fonds de défi IFEV (Investir dans l’Entrepreneuriat Féminin pour une Économie plus Verte).

Les coopératives, associations et organisations féminines éligibles doivent démontrer que leurs services sont accessibles et abordables, qu'ils profitent directement aux femmes et qu'elles encouragent l'adoption de technologies, de produits ou de services adaptés au climat et au genre. Elles doivent démontrer une gestion 100% féminine et une représentation dominante de femmes employées, de femmes entrepreneures, de femmes agro-industrielles et/ou de prestataires de services.
